Five Nantucket oyster farms served up their local delicacies at Cisco Brewers last Sunday, along with drink and other food, plus music. Those who took part came to “sip, savor, and socialize” while supporting the mission of the nonprofit Nantucket Shellfish Association. Notes the NSA, OysterFest “celebrates the hard work of Nantucket’s five oyster farms while supporting their mission ‘to protect and preserve Nantucket’s harbors, water quality, and shellfisheries.’”
