Nourishing our neighbors

Friends for Food, a benefit event for Nourish Nantucket, drew a sizable crowd to Miacomet Golf Club last week. The July 19 event ran from 4 to 6 pm at the club, with guests sampling produce-centric hors d’oeuvres and enjoying the golf course views. Cocktails and wine flowed throughout the evening, with proceeds supporting Nourish’s work to combat food insecurity on Nantucket.
