Stars align for seniors

Supporters of The Homestead gathered Friday night at the Nantucket Yacht Club for A Starry Night, the nonprofit’s annual spring fundraiser. The evening featured dinner, live music, dancing, and silent and live auctions, with proceeds supporting affordable housing and services for older island residents. Founded in 1919, The Homestead has operated from its Main Street home since 1930 and works to provide affordable, community-focused living options for Nantucket seniors.
